Terms and conditions

The terms of business and use of the pages www.asiafoodstore.hr and the conclusion of distance contracts through the means of remote communication are primarily applied here by the terms of business and use, unless otherwise agreed by the contracted parties (Seller and Buyer).The terms and conditions are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14) and the Law on Obligations (OG 35/05 and OG 41/08). Pay special attention to the difference between the conditions relating between the purchase (contract) at the point of sale in the store and the purchase (of the contract) concluded remotely (Internet store).

When ordering products by means of remote communication, the Buyer will immediately be familiar with all the prescribed data referred to in Article 57 in accordance with Article 66(2). Consumer Protection Act.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES highlighted on websites, advertisements and catalogues are expressed in EURO and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in product prices. Prices, payment terms and action offers are valid only at the time of order and/or payment and may change without notice.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for orders less than 50€ are borne by the customer, while for orders over 50€ delivery is free for the whole of Croatia.

Čičmak i sinovi d.o.o. reserves the right to make an error in the description and photo, as well as the advertising representation of the product. All customer rights to complaints and refunds are described in these terms.

PRODUCT DELIVERYWe deliver the ordered items with Overseas Express. Delivery will follow within 1-3 working days from the date of order. If there is an inability to deliver the selected product due to the fact that we do not have the product in stock or we can no longer order it, we are obliged to notify the customer, and the customer has the right to cancel the order/contract or agree to a subsequent delivery period if possible. We will endeavour to deliver all ordered items in one package. If this will not be possible due to the stock condition, we reserve the right to deliver in several shipments.

PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
They are recognized only with the invoice presented as the only proof of purchase. Card slips and similar receipts cannot replace the account. No bills, no complaints. In case of complaint of products due to defects or hidden defects, send the product to the address of the complaint department: Čičmak and sons Ltd., Trg A. NOTICE OF WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINT
All objections pursuant to Article 10. You can send the Consumer Protection Act (N.N. 41/2014) by mail, fax or e-mail.

Or file in business premises at Zagreb, Trg A Starčević 7. In order to give you, in accordance with Article 10(5) Confirm the receipt of a written complaint and then respond to it, please provide the correct information for receipt of it.

We must legally give an answer to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Otherwise, you can contact the State Inspectorate or the Consumer Protection Association.

Čičmak i sinovi d.o.o reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. The terms and conditions comply with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a possible dispute, the trader and the consumer will resolve the dispute peacefully, and if it is not possible, the court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.
